This session satisfies 3 hours of the mandatory subject credit requirement that all real estate licensees must complete prior to license renewal. Mandatory subject credit hours include Ethics (satisfies the NAR Triennial Ethics requirement). This course also satisfies 1 hour of real estate-related subject credit requirement that all real estate licensees must complete prior to license renewal. Topics covered include ethical marketplaces that comply with antitrust law. 

NOTE: Licensees who are in their first year of licensure (requiring PLE credit) will not receive credit from attending this course. For more information, visit RARealtors.com/LicenseRequirements.
