CE: 2 hrs Agency and 2 hrs Contracts
PLE: 3 hrs Agency

In this class, you will learn about Virginia Agency law and contract essentials in real estate, including: 

  • Duties and obligations under Agency law 
  • Types of Agency relationships 
  • Real-world scenarios illustrating agency law in action 
  • Proper usage of CVR MLS forms, including the Buyer Brokerage Agreement, Listing Agreement and Purchase Agreement 
  • Key addenda and supplemental forms 

This session satisfies 4 hours of the mandatory subject credit requirement that all real estate licensees must complete prior to license renewal. Mandatory subject credit hours include Virginia Agency and Contracts.
