This class introduces the essential concepts of real estate finance. In this class, you will learn: 

  • The process for obtaining a loan  
  • Financing options for residential properties   
  • Commercial and land purchase financing    

This class satisfies the Virginia requirement that all first-year real estate licensees complete 2 hours of Real Estate Related Finance education prior to license renewal.
