This designation course offers a unique opportunity to learn the essential skills to guide adults age 50+ through the sale of a family home or a move to a senior living community. Topics covered include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationship marketing skills
  • Distinguish the key differences in housing options
  • Understand the implications of tax laws, probate and estate planning
