The new Virginia Real Estate Board Regulations, effective as of April 1, 2026, impact the practice of real estate by brokers. This special session with RAR/CVR MLS Legal Counsel Michael Lafayette will focus on the necessary updates needed for office policy manuals to comply with the new regulations. 

Attendance is limited to principal or managing brokers. There is no CE/BCE credit for this session.
