Broker Pre-Licensing Fast Track Series (Onsite)

Description

By registering below, you are signing up for all four courses (twenty dates total) in the Broker Pre-Licensing Fast Track Series.

These condensed courses are ideal for busy real estate professionals who are ready to complete the Virginia Real Estate Broker education requirements with a combination of home study and in-classroom instruction. Each course offers 45 hours of pre-licensing credit.

After each course, students must complete a multiple choice exam (Broker Law, Broker Finance and Broker Property Management) or presentation (Broker Management) on a prescheduled exam date. A full outline of the course schedule is available below. Click here to download the schedule as a PDF.
