As MLS data-share partnerships expand across the Commonwealth, more agents in our region are receiving offers drafted on the NVAR Purchase Agreement. This class provides a foundational understanding of the agreement’s key terms, provisions, and timelines. You’ll also explore common clauses used in this contract, addenda you may encounter, and other best practices for utilizing forms from outside of your local marketplace.
