BCE: 2 hrs Broker Supervision and 2 hrs Broker Management (or 4 hrs Broker Management)

All Virginia real estate firms are required to have a written policies and procedures manual. This workshop offers principal or managing brokers a unique opportunity to discuss risk management issues with CVR MLS Legal Counsel Michael Lafayette as well as update and/or create customized content for a VREB-compliant office policy manual. 

All class attendees will receive an electronic MS Word version of the sample manual at the completion of the class. Previous class attendees may retake the class and receive an updated version of the sample manual for a reduced cost.
