Expand your offerings as an agent by leveraging your knowledge of the auction process. In this class, you will be equipped to confidently represent clients in auction transactions. You will learn about serving buyers by understanding bidding strategy, contract terms, financing preparation, and auction psychology. On the listing side, you will learn when an auction is the best strategy for a seller and how to be a knowledgeable guide throughout the transaction. This class will also provide an overview of the different auction formats—live, online, reserve, absolute, and sealed bid—that impact both marketing and client counseling.
