In this class, agents will learn about key environmental issues, inspection procedures, mitigation options, and risks associated with both septic systems and radon gas. By understanding how septic systems function, how radon enters a home, and how underground environmental risks can impact occupants, agents are better prepared to guide clients in making informed decisions that protect their health and well-being.
