This session satisfies 4 hours of the 8 hour real estate-related subject credit requirement that all real estate licensees must complete prior to license renewal. Topics covered include mortgages and real estate financing regulations, real estate teams in Virginia and negotiation techniques. 

NOTE: Licensees who are in their first year of licensure (requiring PLE credit) will not receive credit from attending this course. For more information, visit RARealtors.com/LicenseRequirements.
