The Partnership for Housing Affordability (PHA) serves as the administrator of the Henrico Affordable Housing Trust Fund. In this class, the team at PHA will provide a data-driven overview of the current state of housing in Henrico and discuss the trust fund's structure, funding and impact on affordable housing supply in the county. You'll learn about the current and upcoming developments supported by the trust fund, buyer eligibility requirements, and available resources for licensees to share with prospective purchasers.
