Description

The Richmond Association of REALTORS® and Women’s Council of REALTORS® Richmond Network are proud to present a seminar focused on purpose and strength. 

Professionals in real estate thrive when they are aware of and confident in their strengths. This highly interactive program, led by leadership coach Temesha Siler-McNeill, encourages REALTORS® to identify their personal strengths using a scientific approach and further developing their skills for the benefit of a team. This program will allow participants to find purpose in their unique gifts, while building the confidence to share those gifts with others. 

Participants will:

  • Learn the Strength Finder philosophy
  • Develop their skills in influencing and inspiring others
  • Learn the S.I.G.N. of Strength (Success, Ignite, Growth, Needs) and why it drives self-fulfillment
  • Collaborate with their peers to discover more about their strengths through conversation and reflection

A networking breakfast and luncheon is included with event registration.
