One of the biggest hurdles in a residential real estate transaction is the home inspection. In this class, you will hear from a licensed home inspector to learn about the common red flags that pop up in an inspection, including roof, electrical, structural and environmental issues. By the end of this course, you will gain a greater knowledge about these common concerns so you can prepare successful repair addendums in future transactions.
