Agents who have a solid understanding of the physical structure of a house serve their clients more effectively in showings, negotiations, and inspections. In this class, led by an experienced home inspector, you will learn about a home’s major systems, including foundations, framing, siding, roofing, water control, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Agents will learn how these components function, common issues to look for, and how to communicate findings effectively with their clients.
