In this class\, you will learn the intricacies of state and federal fair housing laws\, trending and historical discriminatory practices and how to best protect yourself from costly complaints. Completion of an NAR-approved Fair Housing training course at least once every three years is a condition of REALTOR membership. This Fair Housing training class is also approved for 2 hours of Ethics CE/PLE credit. The deadline to fulfill the NAR triennial Fair Housing requirement is December 31\, 2027. All new members must complete a Fair Housing class or equivalency training within 90 days of joining the Association.As a part of an ongoing commitment to Fair Housing practices\, the Richmond Association of REALTORS provides Fair Housing training classes free of charge for our members
