Completion of an NAR-approved Fair Housing training course at least once every three years is a condition of REALTOR membership. The deadline to fulfill the NAR Triennial Fair Housing requirement is December 31\, 2027. As part of an ongoing commitment to Fair Housing practices\, the Richmond Association of REALTORS provides Fair Housing training classes free of charge for our members.
