2022 RAR REALTOR Dues FAQS

Below are helpful frequently asked questions regarding dues payment. Payment made be submitted through a variety of ways:

  • Click on the attached invoice emailed to you 
  • Log into your Member Hub account via the CVR MLS dashboard
  • Download the MemberPlus App

1. Can I make partial payments with multiple types of payment?

  •  Online payments cannot be split over multiple payment sources.  You can submit payment in full online with a debit/credit card.  Payments made by check or money order can be sent to the Association office.

2. Don't you have my credit card on file? 

  • If your member hub shows a balance, either your card on file has failed to process, or the card on file has not been selected to automatically pay this membership.  

3. When is my membership renewal due? 

  • Annual Dues are posted to your account on October 1st and are due by October 31st.   
  • If your REALTOR membership is not renewed for the subsequent year, membership will terminate on December 31st.  Reinstating your membership after this date will include additional application fees in addition to your annual dues.   

4. I don't read my emails. Can I get my bill mailed to me? 

  • All invoices are posted to your member hub.  Reminders are sent via email and in numerous other communications (like eNews).  We also recommend you check your member hub to see any outstanding balances.   

5. I'm not sure if I want to renew my membership for 2022. When do I have to decide? 

  • Talk to your broker about their office policy regarding REALTOR membership. If you license remains active with your broker's member firm, your broker's dues would be increased for those non-REALTOR licensees.

6. I am the Designated REALTOR of my firm. If agents do not renew their membership and remain licensed with my firm, how am I impacted?

  • A Designated REALTOR's dues are increased by the number of agents licensed with the member firm who do not hold active REALTOR membership. Your dues would be increased by $530 per non-REALTOR licensee. 

7. I am the Designated REALTOR of my firm. My agent is terminating their membership. How do we let RAR know the license is being returned to DPOR?

  • Submit a complete Termination Form, signed by either the agent or the broker. Once received, the membership will be terminated.
