The role of the MLS Committee is to provide input and guidance to the MLS staff and BOD on the selection and administration of MLS services and technology, and make recommendations to the Board of Directors. Committee applicants are strongly encouraged to have completed a Road Rules class or training within the last 12 months. Members of this committee serve a two-year term.

Standard Forms Committee

The role of the Standard Forms Committee is to create, review, and revise CVR MLS standard forms used by MLS Participants and Subscribers. The committee ensures that the forms remain in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and consistent with real estate practice in Central Virginia. Members of this committee serve a one-year term. Please note that the committee is limited to 15 members and allows for 5 openings per year. A commitment to full meeting attendance is expected of all members.
