This class satisfies the Virginia requirement that all real estate broker licensees complete 2 hours of Broker Supervision education prior to license renewal. This class also satisfies 2 hours of Broker Management education. Topics covered include:

  • Broker supervision in a cloud-based world
  • Office policy manual compliance and trending topics
  • Proper protocol for independent contractors and unlicensed office staff
