In this class, you will learn more about key inspection-related issues and critical contract considerations in real estate, including: 

• Home inspections and their role in the transaction 
• Understanding and navigating as-is transactions 
• Contract terminations and release procedures 

This session satisfies 2 hours of the mandatory subject credit requirement that all real estate licensees must complete prior to license renewal. Mandatory subject credit hours include Contracts. This course also satisfies 2 hours of real estate-related subject credit requirement that all real estate licensees must complete prior to license renewal. Topics covered include home inspections.
