In this class, you will learn the intricacies of state and federal fair housing laws, trending and historical discriminatory practices and how to best protect yourself from costly complaints.
This class satisfies the Virginia requirement that all real estate licensees complete 2 hours of Fair Housing education prior to license renewal.
Completion of an NAR-approved Fair Housing training course at least once every three years is a condition of REALTOR® membership. The deadline to fulfill the NAR riennial Fair Housing requirement is December 31, 2027.
As part of an ongoing commitment to Fair Housing practices, the Richmond Association of REALTORS® provides Fair Housing training classes free of charge for our members.
