The Richmond Association of REALTORS® Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee invite you to join them for a workshop hosted by Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities (VCIC). 

When beginning a conversation on diversity and inclusion, it is critical to have shared vocabulary and understanding of core concepts. This workshop will share those concepts in an engaging and informative manner. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own identities and will consider why a commitment to diversity and inclusion is important to them as individuals, as well as to their community as a whole.
