In partnership with the Women's Council of REALTORS® Richmond Chapter, we celebrate Fair Housing Month with a special offering of Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing.
This training helps real estate professionals interrupt stereotypical thinking so they can avoid fair housing pitfalls and provide equal professional service to every customer or client. Participants will examine the history of bias in real estate, learn about the mind science of identity, study how implicit bias can result in fair housing violations, and engage in interactive exercises to enhance communication skills and business relationships with clients of all backgrounds.
Following the training, participants will enjoy a networking luncheon with the Women's Council of REALTORS®, included with registration.
Completion of this training satisfies the NAR Triennial Fair Housing requirement.
As part of an ongoing commitment to Fair Housing practices, the Richmond Association of REALTORS® and Women's Council of REALTORS® Richmond Chapter is providing this training FREE of charge to members of these organizations.
