This class provides a foundational overview of key legal and practical subjects relevant to brokers. Topics covered in this class include: 

• Common real estate fraud and scams 
• Broker responsibilities in pricing and market analysis 
• Wholesaling in Virginia  

This class satisfies 4 hours of the Virginia requirement that all real estate broker licensees complete 6 hours of Broker Management education prior to license renewal.
