BCE: 2 hrs Broker Supervision and 2 hrs Broker Management 

This class offers a comprehensive overview of broker duties and responsibilities. Topics covered include: 

• Broker and brokerage requirements under Virginia law 
• Office policy manual compliance and trending topics 
• Agent training and transaction forms  

This class satisfies the Virginia requirement that all real estate broker licensees complete 2 hours of Broker Supervision education prior to license renewal. This class also satisfies 2 hours of Broker Management education.
