CE: 3 hrs Ethics and 1 hr Real Estate Related 

In this class, you will learn how to strengthen your professionalism in real estate by exploring the ethical obligations of REALTORS®, including: 

• Key tenets of the NAR Code of Ethics 
• The complaint process for ethics violations 
• Antitrust law in real estate practice 

This session satisfies 3 hours of the mandatory subject credit requirement that all real estate licensees must complete prior to license renewal. Mandatory subject credit hours include Ethics (satisfies the NAR Triennial Ethics requirement). This course also satisfies 1 hour of real estate-related subject credit.
