This workshop will give you a unique, hands-on experience and insight into preparation and negotiations of residential purchase agreements based on hypothetical criteria while utilizing the CVR MLS Purchase Agreement and related forms. In this session, you will: 

• Draft, modify and critique purchase offers 
• Participate in simulated negotiations of offers and counter offers 
• Learn common drafting and negotiating errors and how to avoid them
