Housing trust funds represent a crucial, yet often under-discussed, tool in addressing the current challenge of affordable housing. These funds are designed to support the creation of housing for low- and moderate-income households. During this webinar, we will hear from Woody Rogers, Policy Director for the Partnership for Housing Affordability who will get us up to speed on the newly formed Henrico Affordable Housing Trust Fund. He will highlight its structure, funding,  the impact it will have on addressing housing insecurity, and the critical role PHA has played along the way.
