The Richmond Association of REALTORS® Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee invites you to join them for a workshop hosted by Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities (VCIC). This workshop will explore the various identities present in our real estate communities with an exploration of individual experiences. Participants will leave with a greater understanding of their own identity and how inclusion sets us up for success in diverse environments.
