About the State of Housing
This is the Richmond region's premier housing event, designed to help the community better understand regional trends, successes, and future priorities. The event provides a critical understanding of the region’s housing landscape by highlighting successes, addressing industry trends, and announcing housing priorities and action items for the year to come. The State of Housing brings together attendees from various sectors, including government officials, developers, nonprofit housing providers, philanthropy, community members, and business leaders.

Keynote Speaker
This event will feature keynote speaker Keeanga-Yamatta Taylor, the author of Race for Profit. 

Reception
After the conclusion of the event, attendees are welcome to join us for a networking cocktail reception and to get signed copies of our keynote speaker's book.
