In this webinar, the Partnership for Housing Affordability (PHA) will review their recently published report titled More than a House: Home Repair, Wealth, and the Stakes of Black Homeownership in Richmond, Virginia. 

PHA will discuss the results of their study on the impact of home repair programs in preserving wealth for Black homeowners in the Richmond region. The study highlights the importance of homeownership, the need for home maintenance to sustain wealth, and the need to focus on home repair programs and estate planning as tools to close the racial wealth gap.
