Alicia has 15 years of BioPharmaceutical Sales experience in the oncology, urology, endocrinology, rheumatology, and dermatology specialties. She has been recognized with Top Ranking Sales consistently year after year. Her proven track record and stellar interpersonal skills lead management to hand pick her to mentor and train her peers. After reaching the pinnacle of success in the BioPharmaceutical sales industry, she was ready to translate her skills into real estate. As a daughter of Korean immigrant parents and raised in the Richmond Korean Presbyterian Church, Alicia comes from a line of entrepreneurs. She was raised in Chesterfield County and attended Monacan High School. Alicia graduated with honors from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. She also pursued a second degree in Interior Design, but decided to put family first in becoming a care giver to her sick Father-in-law. She met her husband, Michael, also an entrepreneur and native New Yorker while in NC. Alicia and Michael have two children, Sebastian and Clover and golden retriever, Sparky. They currently reside in Glen Allen, VA. Her unique perspective of being raised in Richmond and also relocating back with her family after 17 years can provide insight and relate to what a newly relocated family needs in finding a place to call home. Alicia is committed to community service. She is active in her neighborhood and children's school. Alicia is a Girl Scout Leader in the Twin Rivers Service Unit.
