Austin began his career in real estate in 2011 after having grown up around the industry. The ever-changing market and commitment to people attracted Austin from an early age. After graduating from James Madison University in 2014, Austin embarked on a full-time career as an agent. In 2018, Austin became a real estate broker and started teaching license classes. Austin describes his "why" for going to work as his 3 girls - his wife and two daughters. He describes his real estate mission as the following:
I strive to provide each client with an individual experience, catered to their specific needs while maintaining a lifelong connection for any other future needs. The real estate market can be fraught with confusion and misinformation. I take pride in educating each client so that they feel comfortable and can make an informed decision with me as their agent.
