Barbara is the principal broker for her company Total Sales Solutions Realty both in Virginia and Texas. Barbara began her career in the early 90's in Dallas, Texas, one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country. In 2003 she was featured in D Magazine a top listing and selling agent with a total of 157 transactions; she is consistently a top producing agent. She and her husband, Colonel Bob Straughan, USAF Retired, moved to Richmond in May 2016.
