I came to Real Estate full time from a business, law, accounting and financial planning series 6 licensed background.30 years ago. I made this decision mistakenly thinking my son would never need child care because I thought I could set my own hours. LOL

I loved traveling throughout all of the American & European continents exploring different countries and its cultures and family living traditions. One of my earlier accomplished goals was to spend time visiting all 50 all states taking in various lifestyles here at home in the USA. This means I can't fake a review because someone you know probably knows that keeping your money in your pocket is a priority of mine. I'm here for you, your family & friends after your sale. Many of my clients are third or fourth timers & now multi generations who I cherish. I will never use nor post my clients or their purchases on any social media page to promote me nor do I hand you off to team members. I’m still passionate about making my client’s move as smooth and easy as possible including helping you in navigating the mortgage lender’s endless stipulations. I am a mountain and movie loving, animal snuggler who enjoys a swim or tending garden herbs for cooking fun.  I'm trained in all facets of the real estate industry, specializing in new construction, residential home & land sales, in the greater Metro Richmond counties of Hanover, Henrico, Goochland & Chesterfield, Midlothian, Petersburg, I also cover Charles City, New Kent, Williamsburg, Hampton-Yorktown areas. I am also a member of the Charlottesville CAAR MLS that covers the Mountain areas of counties. I give back to our community and industry by serving on several committees. While I am a seasoned Associate Broker with CRS, GRI, ABR, Green and Military accreditations plus several more.  I still earned a “Education” award in 2019. I want to stay sharp and this is precisely why I cover such a broad area in Virginia. It is too easy to become complacent and myopic staying within just the Metro Richmond area, besides Virginia is a beautiful state that my client’s and their friends own property at the beach, on a river or may hunt or ski in the mountains, some desire university area investment housing for their kids.  I'm still in love with learning and keeping up ever changing technology so I can get my sellers on their way fast no matter what the market is doing and buyers transitioning into their new home as smooth an easy as possible
