Curt Reichstetter is a longtime Richmond-area real estate broker with more than 35 years of experience across nearly every corner of the business. He serves clients throughout Richmond and the surrounding counties, including Henrico, Hanover, Chesterfield, New Kent, Goochland, and Powhatan.

Curt’s career began in new construction, where he spent 15 years selling homes in communities across the region before moving into leadership, overseeing sales across 21 neighborhoods. From there, he transitioned into high-end downtown condo sales, playing a key role in the success of several prominent buildings, including Vistas on the James. Over time, his work expanded into resale and commercial transactions, eventually leading him to build and lead a 12-agent team producing $50–60 million annually. In 2023, he founded Two Dog Realty.

Today, Curt works with a wide range of clients—first-time buyers, move-up and downsizing homeowners, multi-generational families, and those navigating major life transitions. Many of his clients return over the years and even trust him to help the next generation of their family buy their first home.

Clients often describe Curt as honest, knowledgeable, and highly detail-oriented, particularly when it comes to evaluating the structure and condition of a home. They value his professional network, his ability to coordinate repairs and improvements, and his steady communication throughout the process.

A Richmond-area resident since college, Curt has lived in Church Hill, The Fan, Oregon Hill, and now Hanover County. He serves on the board of REACHcycles and FORK9, supports industry leadership as President of the Virginia Association of Realtors, and shares life with his two golden retrievers, George and Phoebe—the namesake behind Two Dog Realty.
