Positivity and professionalism helped Daphne MacDougall grow into a leading real estate broker in the Richmond area. Daphne focuses on representing buyers, while her business partner, Jennie Barrett Shaw, specializes in the listing side of the business. Licensed as a REALTOR in Virginia since 2008, Daphne earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation in 2012, and obtained her Virginia Broker license in 2020. Daphne is committed to ongoing professional development and is a leader in the Richmond real estate community; she was elected to the Richmond Association of Realtors and CVRMLS Board of Directors in 2022 and currently serves as the Richmond Association of Realtors Vice President.

Daphne is a tireless advocate for her clients and considers collaboration the key to successful transactions and the cornerstone of lasting relationships. She has worked throughout the Richmond metro area and across all price ranges. She focuses on understanding each client's wants and needs, and strives to exceed their expectations during their home-buying journey.

Daphne is a proud graduate of the University of Virginia. She is an active and engaged resident of Louisa County, serving on the PTA and the Safe Schools Task Force, and is a member of the Louisa Junior Women's Club. Daphne and her husband Will share the favorite pastime of cheering on their three children in all of their various endeavors.
