Thank you for inquiring about me. I have lived in Richmond since 1982. I love the long hours and the satisfaction I get to help people with their biggest financial investment. I like to be all things to all people. If someone needs something, I like to be the one they call. I have been selling real estate since 2002. As of 2018 I've had over 650 real estate sales. I have my broker's license, which means I have an additional 180 hours of real estate education and passed a comprehensive test. I took my broker's classes to give me more knowledge in the fields of brokerage, law, appraisal, and finance. This additional knowledge helps me help my clients in all aspects of real estate and sets me apart from the standard agent. From my first time home buyers to my experienced luxury home buyers and sellers, I have taken my education in Real Estate very seriously to help all of you. I have the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation, which means I have sold many homes in Central Virginia that qualify by being in the upper 10% of the price range. This designation helps me with marketing every home on the market, not just the luxury homes. Being certified in the marketing of luxury homes has helped me understand the mindset of the luxury home buyer and seller and gives me the opportunity to market to other luxury agents from outside of our area. 50% of Luxury home buyers bought their second and third homes more than 500 miles from their primary residence? Being able to market outside the market is the key to selling luxury homes.
