Debbie earned her real estate license in 1985 and her Associate Broker and SRES designation in 2014. She has been with Seay Real Estate since January, 1997. As Closing Coordinator for the team, Debbie maintains contact with Seay Real Estate clients from the time their home goes under contract until the process is complete and closing occurs. She provides consistent communication to Seay Real Estate clients while maintaining contact with lenders and closing offices to help facilitate a successful closing. A few of Debbie's responsibilities include ordering necessary inspections, negotiating inspection addenda, obtaining contractor estimates, assisting in deed and document signings and coordinating move in and move out dates. Debbie also serves as office manager overseeing activities of the staff and she enjoys assisting with representing Chad's buyer clients as well as her own to find their perfect home.
