The Real Estate business started for me in the early 90's working in building management and maintenance with a major company. I decided to became a licensed Real Estate agent and realtor in 1995. I worked as an real estate assistant for several years learning how to become a good realtor and sales agent this business. I worked with buyers from qualifying to closing that was the first task given me. I love working with buyer(s) to make the homeownership process a great experience for them. I've been a real estate professional for 30 years and I still love this business. There is always new and exciting things to learn in this industry. I now specialize in REO's, Investment properties, listings and sales. I'm a sale associate with United Real Estate Richmond.
