In 2007 while markets crashed, I was flipping my third investment home in the tourist town of Black Mountain, NC. Even though the housing market crashed everywhere else, my home held it's value and earned our living that year. I love uncovering and realizing the maximum potential of a space and relish in older buildings with character and history. After living in Hanover county for 5 years, I relocated to the Museum district for a cherished seven years, studying the market there. I have now relocated to the Church Hill area and absolutely love the character, history, diversity, and family-community environment here. I specialize in renovations and improvements, working with contractors and specialists, and maximizing one's home investment. I believe real estate has the power to ground and to empower, and I think within it is the potential to right social injustices, inequity, and inaccessibility so that everyone can know the pride and stability of home ownership and financial choice.
