Kim began her real estate career in 2002, following 15 years working as a flight attendant. She specializes in finding the perfect home for her buyers, and listing and marketing homes with pride for her sellers. Her mission is to serve her clientele’s real estate needs with passion, commitment and integrity. “All things are possible with commitment,” she says. “I am very dedicated and motivated to succeed no matter what the odds. Buying or selling a home is a major event in one’s life, my goal is to make the experience smooth, satisfying, and rewarding in every way.” Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Kim is highly knowledgeable of the local market, Kim works with buyers and sellers throughout Northern Va, Charlottesville and Richmond areas. Staying current with continuing education and market trends makes her an exceptional real estate resource for her clients. Kim spent a year working as an Executive Assistant to the OP of the Regional Office. Her goal was to commit to this position for that time to gain knowledge of the back side of the real estate industry. She succeeded, taking away an enormous amount of insight that has allowed her to take her real estate career to the next level. When not selling homes, Kim enjoys spending time at the beach and the lake with her family and their dog. She also likes hiking, running, and attending her children’s sports events. Her family is her big WHY, and building a legacy for her children is her focus. Kim also volunteers with the SPCA and with natural disaster relief efforts.
