Chad, broker/owner of Seay Real Estate, spends time each day actively looking for people who want to buy or sell real estate. As he identifies these people, he puts them on a lead follow-up system and stays in touch with them until they do buy or sell. Chad also oversees and implements the teams marketing efforts which focus on his extensive network of over 3000 friends, past customers, and clients. Chad meets with his clients to help them understand, negotiate and sign contracts. Chad is a native Richmonder who served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps and is an active member of Harvest Christian Fellowship in Mechancisville.
