Rhonda Howlett is the Founder and Principal Broker of Clocktower Realty Group. She grew up in Mathews, Virginia, a small town on the Chesapeake Bay about an hour from Richmond. Rhonda graduated from Mathews High School in 2001 and attended college at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA, where she started in sales. Her first sales position was selling gym memberships, and by her second month of employment she was among the top ten salespersons in the company. In 2005 she graduated from UMW with a degree in Business Administration. Shortly after she moved to Richmond, and is a proud resident of the downtown area. Her knowledge of school systems, communities, small businesses, and general city and suburban life give her exceptional insight to real estate across Central Virginia. Rhonda began her career in the industry working at the offices of Virginia Capital Realty. Employed by one of the busiest agents in Virginia, Rhonda gained knowledge and experience that takes most agents years to obtain. Soon after, she obtained her license and transitioned over to become a full-time agent. She prides herself on her personality and her attention to detail. She loves to laugh and it conveys to those around her. Rhonda’s outgoing attitude and her general love of life are what set her apart from others. In 2017 Rhonda opened Clocktower Realty Group, located in Shockoe Bottom at 1709 E Franklin Street Richmond, VA. An avid runner, Rhonda participates in various Richmond-area races each year, including the Richmond Half-Marathon, the RiverRock Mud Run, and the Monument 10K.
