A native of Richmond, Robb attended University of Richmond where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Later he returned to school to obtain his MBA. A resident of the city, Robb has a vast knowledge the Richmond area and surrounding counties. Robb has been appointed by the Richmond Association of Realtors as a Commissioner for the Commission of Architectural Review for the City of Richmond.
