As the founder of Xtreme Homes Realty and Xtreme Builder, she has shattered ceilings in an industry where fewer than 6% of brokers are women of color, closing over $30 billion in real estate transactions and transforming entire communities in the process.

Born and raised in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and now based in Richmond, Virginia, Rochelle brings bold vision and lived experience to a field that too often excludes Black, Hispanic, and multilingual families. Her mission is unapologetically clear: to bridge the racial gap in real estate and create luxury-level access to generational wealth for those who’ve been told “no” for far too long.

Through her dual enterprises, Rochelle is building more than homes, she’s building hope, equity, and opportunity. Her next bold step? Renovating a 6,000 square foot warehouse in an opportunity zone to become a bilingual real estate empowerment hub featuring a luxury office, training center, construction showroom, and a guest suite for out-of-town clients.
