I am a licensed real estate professional with over 21+ years experience, who prides myself in being an RVA native. I know the area and the surrounding counties well. I was instrumental in the initial development of the first mixed-use community in RVA, West Broad Village, in Short Pump, which enriched my real estate, design, mortgage and property development expertise. 

I have worked with sellers and buyers, on an array of properties in various neighborshoods, counties and localities, these include urban & rural resales, new construction, vacation/2nd homes, flips/investment properties, luxury & historic homes, condos, townhomes, distressed & land sales.
