Theresa Ward Justice is a resident of Midlothian, Virginia. She is happily married and has one adult daughter who is currently attending college. Theresa was born and raised in the area of Royersford, Pennsylvania and in 1993 moved to Hopewell, Virginia at the age of 20 on a mission to “do something different”! This adventure led her to working in industries such as housekeeping, food service, and credit card call centers. In 1996, Theresa was introduced to the real estate industry while employed as an Administrative Assistant for a commercial property management company in Richmond, Virginia. In 1998, Theresa embarked on a new adventure as a 911 operator for the Chesterfield County Emergency Communications Center. Throughout her career she served in the roles of Assistant Shift Supervisor, Training Facilitator, Chief of Administrative Services, Operations Manager and Programs Manager. After 21 years of dedicated public safety service, she left the Communications Center to pursue her passion for real estate; a fascination that began years before. Theresa’s dedication, commitment, and knowledge of the practices, principals and laws governing the real estate industry are commendable. Theresa has highly developed communication and organization skills which enhance her ability to ensure she is meeting client and customer needs while providing a positive image of Virginia Capital Realty.
