Tom is originally from North Carolina. He Graduated from North Carolina State University in May 1981 with BA degrees in Economics and Business Management. His career experience has always been professional sales with outstanding results. By attending workshops, trainings and classes in pursuit of being a successful negotiator, Tom’s skills are well suited for today’s Real Estate market. Being a third generation Realtor, Tom has extensive experience and background in all aspects of the Real Estate business. His expertise is especially strong with residential rental properties and property management for the individual investor. From single-family homes to multiple units, his clients have come to rely and trust his insights with their RE investments. Tom holds a Notary Public commission from the Commonwealth of Virginia and a state license as a RE Appraiser Trainee. Tom holds the GRI (Graduate of REALTOR Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations.
